Sustainability means ensuring long term health and stability of marine ecosystems, fish populations and the communities that depend on them.

At Northern Glacier we are committed to sustainably sourcing from responsible resources, wild or farmed. Through our partnerships with Oceanwise, Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) and Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), we ensure the highest quality products.

We work closely with our partners, visiting onsite to ensure the quality of facilities and sources of partnerships. Sustainable seafood practices ensure our ocean's environment remains healthy. We take pride in working with strategic partners that abide by the same values as Northern Glacier.

Setting The Standard for Seafood:

Around 60% of the seafood eaten around the world is farmed. Seafood farming is a large, growing industry with a significant global impact and must be handled with great responsibility and care. It is one of our biggest opportunities to feed a growing population responsibly.

We run the world's leading certification programme for responsibly farmed seafood and along with our partners, we drive additional impact beyond just certification.

Every ASC certified farm and every ASC labelled product gets us closer to achieving this vision and makes a difference to our overall impact.
