THAWING & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

THAW OVERNIGHT: Place the bag on a leak-proof dish and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove shrimp from the package and drain well before use.

QUICK THAW: Remove shrimp from the packaging and place in a colander under cold running water for 5-8 min or until thawed. Drain well before use.

TO COOK: Cook prawns for 3-5 min or until prawns are fully cooked.

Prawns are fully cooked when the centre is solid white and a minimum internal temperature of 74 °C (165 °F) is reached.

Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after thawing. Keep refrigerated once thawed until ready to cook. Use within 24 hours.
